Blood orange & cranberry fizz

Cocktail recipe

From St Ives comes this unique blood orange gin, mixed with Cointreau, cranberry juice, and topped with Laurent-Perrier Champagne.


  • 25ml St Ives blood orange gin
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • 50ml cranberry juice
  • 1/2 lime
  • Dash sugar syrup
  • Laurent-Perrier Champagne


Served in a wine glass

  1. Add all ingredients, except Champagne into a shaker and shake with ice. 
  2. Double strain over chilled martini glass/ Champagne flute. 
  3. Top with Laurent-Perrier and garnish with orange peel
