Apple & rhubarb sour mocktail
Recipe
A non-alcoholic apple and rhubarb sour with apple juice, lemon and foaming bitters.
Using cordials in cocktails is great because the flavour you get is so intense
Ingredients
- 35ml Apple and rhubarb cordial
- 15ml Rhubarb syrup
- 50ml fresh apple juice
- 1/2 lemon
- Foaming agent (we use Mrs betters foaming bitters, but a whole egg white will do the trick!)
Method
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- Shake again with ice and pour over cubed ice.
