The competition is only open to residents in the UK aged 18 or over.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

· Excluding employees of Watergate Bay Hotel and their respective subsidiaries and associated companies, Cornwall Airport Newquay, Loganair, and Manchester Airport, their families, members of their household, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of the competition.

Watergate Bay Hotel assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.

There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

The competition will run from the date of posting until 2 June 2024, 23:59 PM. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

The prize includes:

A two-night bed and breakfast stay for two people in a sea view room at Watergate Bay Hotel on 14 & 15 June 2024.

Return flights between Cornwall Airport Newquay and Manchester Airport with Loganair.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be deferred.

If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

Prize winner seats are subject to availability, and embargo restrictions may apply. Winners should be flexible in their choice of dates. Please note that the voucher booking is for the Loganair-operated flight route from Manchester-Newquay only. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Loganair requires a minimum of 7 days notice to process your request. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. Name changes, extensions or route changes are not permitted. The prize-winner and companion must travel together. Liability concerning travel documentation rests solely with the prize winner. Travel is subject to Loganair's standard conditions of carriage prevailing at the time of travel. Clan Members cannot claim Clan Points on prize-winner bookings.

All eligible entries will be entered into the free prize draw.

One winner will be first one who is selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.

The winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @watergatebay by 4 June 2024.

We reserve the right to select an alternative winner if we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of being notified, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process described above.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the end of the Promotion Period from heidi@watergatebay.co.uk

The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.

Any personal data provided during the course of this competition will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice), by our decisions which are final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used by us solely in connection with the competition and will not be disclosed to any third party except for the purpose of operating the competition and fulfilling prizes where applicable unless you have ‘opted in’ to receive further information from Watergate Bay Hotel and/or the relevant third parties involved in providing the prize.

By entering the competition, you agree to the use of your name and photograph if you are the winner.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Participants are advised to ignore and report any accounts claiming to be associated with this competition. Do not share any personal information with accounts claiming to be either Watergate Bay Hotel, Cornwall Airport Newquay, Loganair, or Manchester Airport unless officially notified as the winner.
