In the kitchen
We are always on the lookout for talented chefs and kitchen support teams in our three restaurants in Cornwall. From senior chefs, sous chefs and chefs de partie to kitchen porters and goods receivers - join our exciting and busy kitchen brigades working to deliver exceptional dining experience.
You must also be passionate about food with previous experience of working within a similarly high quality restaurant environment. This role provides a unique opportunity within a successful and expanding organisation, which encourages professional development and offers excellent long-term career prospects.
Reporting to the housekeeping manager, you will provide front of house housekeeping duties and support the housekeeping supervisor in delivering the highest standards of housekeeping across all areas of the hotel.

Swim Club
At the heart of Watergate Bay Hotel is our take on a spa. From hosts to therapists, our team work in a calming environment, ensuring that our hotel guests have a relaxing experience. You’ll be reliable, warm and welcoming. Reporting to the senior therapist, you will need to have excellent communication skills as well as previous experience within a treatment or spa environment.
Kids' Zone
Our Kids' Zone delivers creative and fun activities for children aged 3-12 years whilst on holiday. We are recruiting childcare managers, supervisors, childcare assistants and babysitters to join our talented team. You’ll be a good communicator and have previous experience of working with children, and of delivering childcare and play opportunities.
Front of house
Are you looking for a full-time receptionist or hotel guest host job role, on a permanent contract? Reporting to the front of house manager, you will deliver the highest standards of customer service at all times. You will need to have excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. It is important to be a strong team player, with bags of enthusiasm and personality. Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality and leisure environment is essential.
